* In accordance with the Fortune Freestyle bylaws, the annual financial statements of Fortune Freestyle are available at its registered head office, and any member may, on request, obtain a copy free of charge. A summary of the annual financial statements will be presented to the members at the AGM.

** The only formal business requiring a vote of the members at the AGM is the election of Board members. The resolution to elect Fortune Freestyle’s Board members can be accessed here.  If you are not able to attend the annual meeting, the Fortune Freestyle bylaws permit a member to vote by proxy by appointing a proxyholder in writing. To assist in tracking member attendance and voting, in the event that you will be appointing a proxyholder to vote on your behalf at the meeting, we ask that you send an e-mail to fortunefreestyle@gmail.com advising of your appointment of a proxy by September 24, 2020.
