Any athlete may request a refund or withdraw from Fortune Freestyle programs due to a season-ending injury or other extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation may be requested. Single day absences will not be refunded. Where an athlete is injured at an event (such as a Timber Tour), coaching fees and expenses will not be refunded for that event, including any remaining training and competition days included in that event.

A Refund or withdrawal request should be made in writing to Fortune Freestyle email

Any request for refund/ withdrawal made in writing before the start of the program will be refunded the full Fortune Freestyle program fees less a $25 administration fee, registrations fees and processing fees.

 

Any request for refund/ withdrawal made in writing after the start of the program will be prorated based on the Fortune Freestyle program fee and the number of remaining training sessions, less a $25 administration fee, registrations fees and processing fees. Refunds will not be granted where an athlete has attended 75% or more of a program.
